Mirza Beg, M.D., Medical Director

Dr. Beg has been a physician since 1995.  During his residency, he found medical issues related to seniors challenging and interesting.  He noted that the current standard of care for seniors was not optimum. Thus, after completing his residency in Family Medicine, he did a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine from the University of Michigan.  His primary research interest was "falls in seniors".  He later joined Henry Ford Health System and is currently serving as the Division Head for Geriatrics.

Santhosh Madhavan, M.D., Director of Rehabilitation

Dr. Madhavan is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation providing treatment for adults and pediatrics the Lakeland Center.  As Director of Rehabilitation he makes certain that patients receive an individualized program that is specific to their needs.

Dr. Abushukur specializes in Gerontology and Family Practice.  He provides our patients with medical care and education to help them maintain the highest quality of life and well-being.
