Founded in 1988 to treat patients with brain and spinal cord injuries, we also serve those with neurological disorders and orthopedic injuries as well as other medical conditions. Our services benefit children, adolescents and adults.

Lakeland's program encompasses skilled nursing care, sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care - all of which are provided on an inpatient basis. It also extends to outpatient therapy, and residential living. Comprehensive in scope, this program allows patients to benefit from any single service or, more optimally, a continuum of care.
