The Lakeland Organization is committed to providing the highest quality of care to those we serve.

This commitment is not only made to our patients and their families, but also to our staff.

We have been providing quality care to our patients and to their family members since 1988.

During that time we have expanded from a 14 bed brain injury rehabilitation unit to a full service licensed facility with six group homes. We have also expanded our services to include treatment of those not only with brain injuries, but also those with spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other medically complex conditions.
